The CO-GISTICS pilot site focuses on truck fleet operations across Europe. CO-GISTICS services for intelligent truck parking, CO2 emission estimation and monitoring, priority and speed advice and eco-drive support are going to be delivered on-board to a fleet of heavy transport trucks.
The pilot site leader, Teamnet, is providing the necessary on-board units, runtime environment and integration software components, so that CO-GISTICS services can be efficiently implemented in pan-European road transport operations. WestEuroTrans is the second regional partner, providing and operating the fleet and being directly involved in detailed requirements analysis and valitation of the implementation.
