The CO-GISTICS pilot site in Bordeaux will implement the different services in three ways: locally in the city of Bordeaux, a link with the GPMB (Grand Port Maritime of Bordeaux) and on a long-distance corridor between Bordeaux and the Spanish border as well as between Bordeaux and Toulouse.
The city of Bordeaux will deploy the CO2 and the speed advice services by completing the existing C-ITS deployment provided by Compass4D. The GPMB is located on the Trans-European Transport Network priority project High-speed railway axis of south-west Europe. The multimodal cargo service will be deployed in the port and more particularly the modules concerning appointments, wine management and delivery optimisation. The 2 corridors will permit the CO2 emission estimation and monitoring with results which will complete the data coming from the city of Bordeaux.
3 services will be deployed in Bordeaux. The CO2 emission estimation and monitoring service will demonstrate the Noscifel service developed by GEOLOC SYSTEMS completed by the ATP module provided by T-Systems. This global service will permit real time CO2 monitoring but also the CO2 consumption of each transport by applying the European and French standards. The priority and Speed advice service consists of an additional deployment of the GLOSA (Green Light Optimal Speed Advice) service operating in the Compass4D project. This extra deployment will be undertaken using 3G communication which will enable testing of interoperability between the 2 communication technologies. The Multimodal cargo service will complete the Bordeaux pilot by proposing the Noscifel Appointment and the Noscifel delivery optimisation services with a common goal of reducing the time of delivery and pick up of the goods.
GEOLOC SYSTEMS will deploy all of the services from the Bordeaux pilot site except the wine module. This deployment consists of the CO-GISTICS platform, the link with the COMPASS4D platform and the general management of the Bordeaux pilot site.
NOVACOM SERVICE will adapt their track and trace platform by integrating new beacons permitting recovery of additional CO2 information from the equipped trucks. This information will be sent to the CO-GISTICS platform with a standardised data link.
AGUILA TECHNOLOGIE and M3S will take care of the evaluation of the services deployed in Bordeaux and AGUILA TECHNOLOGIE will also provide the wine management module.
